Abstract
This study explores the influence of Human Resources Practices (HRPs) on Employee Engagement (EE) in a leading Indian concreting equipment manufacturing firm. Using a cross-sectional design, data were collected from 127 employees through convenient sampling. Findings reveal HRPs significantly influence employee engagement, gender does not differ with engagement, and the level of engagement varies across departments but perception of HRPs remain consistent.
