Abstract
Today’s fast-moving workforce necessitates that educators be prepared to help students develop academic preparation, career adaptability, and social responsibility as they seek those ends. Current policy at the school level, however, is more or less the same, in that we are compelled to standardize such differences among students by imparting to them certain skills they will use for life. The research contributes to the gap by investigating how AI- based learner-centric pedagogy can enhance career readiness along with social maturity. This research contributes by conceptualizing technological, organisational, and social implications for the adoption of AI in education through an integrated TOE-based conceptual framework. With mixed-methods methodology, the study will include an interview (qualitative) component with educators to gather pragmatic insights and a quantitative component analysis of student learning outcomes to determine the efficacy of AI-driven personalizing. Results will include design principles for AI-enhanced school curriculum that lead to increased student engagement, enhanced entrepreneurial and adaptive skill development, and ensure equitable access among the at-risk population. As a mediator between technology, pedagogy, and social good, the study will deliver practical suggestions on how schools can evolve. Rather than AI being the end goal, it emphasizes AI as an enabler of inclusive, sustainable learning ecosystems, advancing personal learning and community regeneration at scale.
