Abstract: Work–life balance plays a critical role in shaping employees’ overall job satisfaction. It enables the employees to manage professional responsibilities without compromising personal well-being. Employees who experience supportive work–life balance practices, flexible schedules, reasonable workloads, and organizational support tend to report higher job satisfaction levels. When work–life balance is inadequate, it often leads to stress, burnout, and reduced morale, thereby positioning it as a significant determinant of job satisfaction across organizational settings. The study examines the impact of work–life balance on job satisfaction among bank employees. Work-life balance and job satisfaction were examined in relation to flexible working arrangements, organizational work–life balance initiatives, employee turnover intentions, work pressure, and extended working hours. A total of 207 responses were considered using a snowball sampling technique. The correlation analysis was used to determine the relationships among the study variables. The findings indicated that work–life balance has only a limited impact on job satisfaction among employees in Kerala’s private sector banks.
