ABSTRACT
The Information Technology industry in Bengaluru is growing fast. This is causing a lot of stress for the people who work in it. They often feel anxious all the time. This paper is about how the Information Technology industry's affecting the people who work in it. We want to know how the pressure to work much not getting help from managers and feeling like you might lose your job are all connected to how well people do their jobs in the Information Technology industry. When people are really stressed they do not think as clearly. They have a hard time managing their time. This means they make mistakes and get burned out. The Information Technology industry needs to do something, about this because it is a problem. The study uses a quantitative approach, employing Percentage Analysis, Chi-square tests, Simple Linear Correlation, Regression Analysis, and ANOVA to examine the data. The results show that organizational efforts, such as
flexible work hours and access to mental health support, are necessary to help employees bounce back. By providing structured support to reduce anxiety, organizations can improve individual productivity and organizational commitment.
