Abstract: In recent years, sustainability in the hospitality industry has increasingly emphasized not only environmental practices but also employee well-being. This study explores the relationship between work-life balance, organisational behaviour, and job satisfaction among hotel employees within a sustainability framework. Primary data were collected through structured questionnaires and analysed using statistical tools such as correlation and chi-square tests. The findings reveal that both work-life balance and organisational behaviour significantly influence job satisfaction. The study highlights the importance of adopting sustainable human resource practices to enhance employee well-being and organisational effectiveness.
