Abstract—The rapid advancement of artificial intelligence has enabled the development of intelligent healthcare support systems capable of assisting users in understanding basic med- ical conditions. This paper presents an AI-based multimodal healthcare assistant that analyzes multiple types of user inputs including medical images, voice symptoms, textual descriptions, and medical reports. The system integrates computer vision, optical character recognition (OCR), speech recognition, and large language models to provide preliminary health guidance. Image inputs are analyzed using computer vision techniques to detect possible symptoms, while medical reports are processed using OCR to extract relevant medical information. Voice inputs are converted into text using speech recognition models, and all collected information is interpreted using an AI reasoning model to generate structured medical suggestions such as possible conditions, precautions, home remedies, and recommended med- ical specialists. The system also provides voice-based responses to improve accessibility and user interaction. A user-friendly interface is implemented to allow users to upload images, reports, voice recordings, or text symptoms for analysis. The proposed approach demonstrates how multimodal AI technologies can be integrated to create an intelligent healthcare assistant capable of providing basic health insights while encouraging users to consult medical professionals for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
