ABSTRACT:
The rapid integration of digital technologies into human resource management (HRM) has transformed organizational operations across industries. This study investigates the adoption of digital HR practices at Bharathi Cement Corporation Pvt. Ltd., Kadapa, over a five-year period (2020–2025). Using a structured questionnaire administered to 80 employees via convenience sampling, the study employs percentage analysis and graphical interpretation to evaluate the effectiveness of digital HR systems, assess their impact on organizational performance, and identify implementation challenges. Findings reveal that 85% of employees are aware of digital HR tools, 88.75% affirm reduced processing time, and 91.25% report improved accuracy in HR records. However, 58.75% of respondents noted initial employee resistance, and 67.5% identified inadequate training as a primary challenge. The study concludes that digital HR practices positively influence efficiency, transparency, and employee satisfaction, and recommends enhanced technical support, regular training, HR software upgrades, and mobile-based HR application deployment for sustained improvement.
