Abstract: The increasing complexity of machine learning workflows often limits accessibility for non-expert users. This paper presents Streamline Analyst, an AI-powered system that automates data preprocessing, model selection, and evaluation through intelligent recommendations. The platform enables users to perform classification, clustering, regression, and exploratory data analysis without requiring programming knowledge. By integrating language models with automated machine learning techniques, the system simplifies decision-making and enhances efficiency. A user-friendly interface and built-in visualization tools further support quick and interpretable insights. The proposed approach improves accessibility to data analytics while reducing time and technical effort required for model development.
