Abstract:
The rapid proliferation of digital technologies has significantly transformed service-oriented domains; however, the organization of sports activities continues to remain largely unstructured and inefficient. This paper introduces PlayX, a robust and scalable web-based platform designed to streamline sports venue booking, team management, and match coordination through an integrated digital ecosystem. The proposed system leverages modern full-stack technologies to enable real-time slot booking, dynamic team formation, and a structured Team vs Team challenge mechanism, thereby enhancing user engagement and operational efficiency. By eliminating manual dependencies and incorporating secure authentication and real-time communication, the platform significantly reduces scheduling conflicts and coordination overhead. Experimental observations indicate improved usability, optimized resource utilization, and enhanced accessibility, positioning PlayX as a practical and scalable solution for modern sports management systems.
