Abstract: The rapid growth of global connectivity demands intelligent systems capable of overcoming language and communication barriers. This paper proposes a Universal Communication Bridge for Multi-Modal Real-Time Translation, integrating Artificial Intelligence and Computer Vision to support communication across speech, text, and sign language. The system combines Automatic Speech Recognition, Neural Machine Translation, Text-to- Speech synthesis, and computer vision–based sign language recognition. Experimental results show improved translation accuracy, low latency, and enhanced accessibility for inclusive communication in education, healthcare, and global collaboration.
