Abstract— The digitization of the Indian agricultural B2B sector faces significant hurdles regarding data transparency and supply chain trust. This paper presents the development of the BulkAgro platform, a native Android application engineered to replace legacy web-view architectures. Beyond standard e-commerce, the system integrates a decentralized P2P resale marketplace using geospatial geofencing and a bioclimatic rule engine for predictive pest outbreak alerts. To address concerns of information asymmetry, a digital trust ledger is implemented using SHA-256 cryptographic hashing, creating an immutable audit trail from manufacturing to the end-user. Results demonstrate a 60% reduction in data latency and a robust mechanism for verifying product purity and safety, ensuring that organizations cannot provide tampered data without detection.
