Abstract - The increasing prevalence of mental health concerns such as stress, anxiety, and emotional imbalance highlights the need for accessible and continuous support systems. However, existing solutions often lack personalization and real-time responsiveness. This paper presents Robopet Companion– Mental Health Assistance Ally (MAA), an intelligent mobile-based system designed to provide user-centric emotional assistance. The proposed approach employs a multi-modal framework that analyzes textual input, speech signals, and facial expressions using deep learning models. A fusion strategy integrates outputs from these modalities to generate a more reliable emotional state estimation. Furthermore, an AI-driven conversational agent delivers context-aware and empathetic responses. Experimental observations indicate that the proposed multi-modal approach enhances detection performance compared to unimodal methods.
