ABSTRACT
In today’s rapidly evolving corporate environment, digital transformation has become a crucial factor influencing Human Resource Management (HRM), particularly in major IT hubs like Bangalore. The integration of digital technologies has significantly transformed HRM practices such as recruitment, performance management, training, and employee engagement. This study aims to examine employee perception regarding the effectiveness of digital transformation in HRM within Bangalore-based organizations.
The study uses a structured questionnaire distributed among employees working in IT and corporate firms in Bangalore. Convenience sampling technique was adopted, and statistical tools such as percentage analysis and chi-square test were used for analysis.
The findings reveal that employees perceive digital transformation as effective in improving HRM processes. Digital tools have enhanced efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility while enabling remote work and collaboration. However, challenges such as lack of training and data security concerns still exist.
