ABSTRACT:
This study focuses on examining the effect of employee autonomy, derived from these flexible work policies, on productivity outcomes at Technavious. A descriptive research design was employed, drawing insights from existing literature, and secondary data sources. The data were collected from 117 employees using structured questionnaire from survey and the collection of response data is analyzed using SPSS software using statistical tools such as U-Test, H-Test and correlation analysis to interpret the relationship between employee autonomy and productivity outcomes, identify significant differences across groups, and evaluate the strength and direction of associations among variables. Percentage analysis was employed to describe the demographic characteristics of the respondents and to interpret response patterns, offering a simple and effective understanding of employee perceptions toward autonomy and its impact on productivity.
The findings of the study reveal that increased employee autonomy, facilitated by flexible work policies, has a positive and significant impact on productivity. Employees reported higher efficiency, improved work-life balance, and greater job satisfaction when given flexibility in managing their tasks and schedules. The study concludes that a balanced approach combining flexibility with clear organizational guidelines, proper communication systems, and performance monitoring is essential to fully realize the benefits of employee autonomy.
