Abstract - This study examines employee engagement and its impact on organizational effectiveness at Maideen Leathers. Employee engagement is a key driver of productivity, job satisfaction, and overall organizational performance. The research analyzes factors such as leadership support, training and development, communication, and work environment in influencing employee commitment and efficiency. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using statistical tools including correlation, Chi-square, Mann–Whitney U, and Kruskal–Wallis tests to examine relationships and differences. The findings indicate that higher employee engagement leads to improved organizational effectiveness, including better performance, increased employee satisfaction, and reduced turnover. However, challenges such as low motivation, communication gaps, and limited growth opportunities were identified as barriers. The study concludes that adopting effective engagement strategies, such as regular feedback systems, employee recognition programs, and career development initiatives, along with fostering a positive work culture and participative management, can significantly enhance long-term organizational success.
