Abstract:
Health is a important part in playing a key role in ensuring a person is having a good and healthy lifestyle. But now a days everything moving very fast, so many people are not able to monitor their health regularly because of busy schedules and also lack of proper tools. To overcome the problem, this project is about real-time health Monitoring System. It is a web-based application which helps users to track and manage their health data in an easy way. The system collects and stores data so that users can understand their health condition and react to take a precaution so that they can avoid the health problems. It includes features such as real-time data visualization, abnormal readings, and secure storage of health records. With these features, users can know about health possible health risks at an early stage and take necessary precautions. The application is built using modern web technologies, so it provides good performance can be accessed from different devices like mobile phones and computers. Also, data privacy and security is maintained because health information is sensitive. The system is designed in a simple way, so it is easy to use for people of different age groups. / By storing past data, it also helps in long term health analysis and supports better decision making. Overall, this smart health monitoring system tries to make health tracking easier and more accessible, and it also encourages people to focus more on preventive healthcare and take action a the right time.
