Abstract - This study focuses on the impact of upskilling and reskilling on employee performance with reference to Tech Mahindra. In the current digital era, continuous learning has become essential for employees to improve their skills and adapt to changing job requirements. The study aims to understand how training and development initiatives influence productivity, efficiency, and job satisfaction. Based on the data collected from employees, the findings show that upskilling and reskilling significantly enhance employee performance and engagement. It also highlights that proper organizational support and awareness are important for effective implementation. The study concludes that investing in employee skill development helps organizations achieve better performance and long-term growth.
