ABSTRACT
The primary purpose of this research is to conduct an evaluation of the effectiveness of the talent acquisition techniques applied in the organization as well as their impact on the speed of recruiting new employees. Key elements of the recruitment process, including candidate search, interviewing, and the application of various talent acquisition instruments will be analyzed as part of the investigation. Data collection for the project is performed using online and offline surveys distributed among employees, and corresponding statistical analysis tools such as percentage analysis, Mann-Whitney U test, Kruskal-Wallis test, and correlation analysis are employed to analyze gathered data. As a result of the investigation, several discrepancies between existing recruitment procedures have been identified, including vagueness of information regarding job positions inefficiency of screening, and underutilization of recruitment tools. Meanwhile, the demographic characteristics of the subjects, namely age and work experience, had a considerable effect on their responses. At the same time, there was no significant difference in perceptions of female and male employees. Therefore, improvement of recruitment strategy, enhancement of communication, and efficient usage of recruiting instruments are likely to increase the speed of recruiting new employees.
