Abstract - This research paper presents the design and development of Career Flow, a modern mobile-based job portal application UI focused on enhancing user experience and integrating both online and offline job opportunities. Existing job platforms primarily focus on digital listings and often ignore offline hiring methods such as placement drives and walk-in interviews. The proposed system introduces a unique Event Tab feature that allows users to explore and apply for real-world hiring events. The system is designed using UI/UX principles such as simplicity, consistency, and user-centered design, and implemented using Figma. The results demonstrate improved usability, simplified navigation, and better engagement compared to traditional platforms.
