Abstract — With the rapid growth of online shopping, customers often find it difficult to read and understand large numbers of product reviews. This project presents an AI-Based Product Review Sentiment Analyzer, a web application developed using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python Flask.
The system uses a pretrained NLP model (HuggingFace Transformers) to analyze product reviews and classify them as positive or negative . Based on this analysis, it calculates a trust score and displays results using a simple and interactive interface.
This project helps users quickly understand product quality and make better buying decisions using AI.
