ABSTRACT
Employee engagement is a key factor influencing organizational performance, employee satisfaction, and retention. It refers to the emotional and psychological commitment employees have toward their organization, which motivates them to contribute beyond their basic job roles. Higher engagement leads to increased productivity, job satisfaction, and loyalty, while lower engagement results in dissatisfaction and higher turnover intention. This study focuses on analyzing the impact of employee engagement on employee turnover intention with reference to LS Automotive India Private Limited. The main objective is to examine the relationship between engagement levels and employees’ intention to leave the organization, along with evaluating factors such as leadership support, work environment, recognition, and career development. The research is based on both primary and secondary data. Primary data was collected from 200 employees using a structured questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale. Statistical tools such as percentage analysis, Spearman correlation, and Chi-square tests were used. The results show a significant negative relationship between employee engagement and turnover intention. The study concludes that improving employee engagement helps reduce turnover, enhance productivity, and ensure organizational stability.
