Abstract: This study examines the effectiveness of training and development practices and their impact on employee performance, satisfaction, and perception within an organization. The research is based on primary data collected from 213 employees using a structured questionnaire. A quantitative research approach with descriptive and analytical design was adopted. Statistical tools such as Spearman’s correlation, Mann–Whitney U test, Kruskal–Wallis test, and Chi-square test were used for analysis.
The findings reveal that training practices such as planning, content clarity, job relevance, and organization are positively correlated and significantly influence employee performance. The study also indicates that demographic factors such as age and gender do not significantly affect employee perception or training effectiveness. Overall, the research highlights the importance of well-structured training programs in improving employee performance, satisfaction, and organizational effectiveness.
