ABSTRACT
This study focuses on analyzing the effectiveness of digital marketing practices at ALMIPL Solar Pvt Ltd, Chennai. The main objective is to understand how the company uses various online platforms such as social media, websites, and digital advertisements to promote its products and services. The study also examines how these strategies influence customer awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Primary data was collected through questionnaires from customers, and secondary data was gathered from relevant online sources and company records. The findings reveal that digital marketing plays a significant role in improving brand visibility and attracting potential customers. It also shows that social media and online campaigns are effective in increasing customer interaction and business growth. However, there is still scope for improvement in areas such as content quality, consistency, and targeted marketing strategies.
The study concludes that digital marketing practices at ALMIPL Solar Pvt Ltd are effective but can be further enhanced with better planning and advanced tools. Adopting innovative strategies will help the company stay competitive and achieve long-term growth.
