Abstract: The present study focuses on examining the role of content marketing in enhancing brand visibility and client acquisition in recruitment consultancy firms, with special reference to Reign Recruitz Solutions Private Limited. Content marketing has become an essential strategic tool in modern business environments, enabling organizations to improve brand recognition, build trust, and attract potential clients through valuable digital content. The study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of various content marketing platforms such as social media, LinkedIn, email marketing, and blogs in influencing client acquisition and strengthening market presence. Primary data were collected from 216 respondents through structured questionnaires and analyzed using statistical tools including Mann–Whitney U Test, Kruskal–Wallis Test, and Chi-Square Test. The findings reveal that current content marketing efforts are perceived as largely ineffective due to inconsistent posting, low awareness, and lack of strategic implementation. However, statistical analysis indicates a significant relationship between awareness of content marketing activities and client acquisition. The study concludes that with improved strategy, consistency, and audience-focused content, recruitment consultancy firms can significantly enhance brand visibility and client engagement.
