ABSTRACT:The Employee wellness programs have become an important part of modern organizations, as companies now understand that employee health directly affects overall success. These programs focus on improving physical health, mental well-being, financial stability, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. When employees feel supported, it leads to better productivity, higher job satisfaction, and reduced stress.This study examines how such wellness programs impact organizational performance. Data was collected from 310 employees and HR professionals using a structured questionnaire, and various statistical methods were used to analyse the results. The research also connects with global goals like good health and economic growth.The findings show that effective wellness programs significantly improve employee engagement, reduce absenteeism and turnover, and create a positive workplace environment. Overall, the study concludes that investing in employee well-being helps organizations achieve better performance and long-term success.Keywords:Employee Wellness Programs, Organizational Performance, Employee Engagement.
