Abstract
In modern enterprises, fragmented customer and partner data continues to hinder revenue growth, channel efficiency, and intelligent decision-making. Traditional Partner Relationship Management (PRM) systems often operate independently of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, creating silos across sales, service, marketing, and partner operations. This paper proposes a Unified PRM-CRM Ecosystem built on AI-Driven Data Convergence within the Salesforce ecosystem, integrating partner and customer intelligence into a single enterprise architecture.
By leveraging Salesforce Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, Einstein AI, Agentforce, Tableau CRM, and Flow Automation, organizations can build a unified digital operating model that transforms partner-led and direct customer channels into a single, synchronized growth engine. The framework introduces AI-driven identity resolution, partner performance intelligence, predictive lead routing, autonomous opportunity scoring, dynamic incentive management, and generative recommendations.
The research demonstrates how telecom, healthcare, manufacturing, and networking enterprises can increase channel revenue, reduce operational latency, improve the partner experience, and deliver personalized ecosystem engagement at scale. This paper contributes a next-generation reference architecture for enterprises transitioning toward intelligent ecosystem commerce.
