Abstract - The transition from academic learning to professional employment presents significant challenges for students, particularly in the rapidly evolving Information Technology sector. To address this critical gap, this paper presents the AI Career Guide, an innovative web-based platform designed to enhance student career readiness through artificial intelligence-driven personalization Tailwind CSS for responsive user interfaces, Prisma ORM with PostgreSQL for efficient data management, and OpenAI APIs for generating contextual career insights and interview content. The platform’s architecture follows a modular design comprising user profiling, knowledge-base management, and job matching visualization components. Through systematic functional and non-functional testing, the AI Career Guide demonstrates high usability, performance, and accuracy in delivering personalized career recommendations. The proposed system successfully bridges the gap between theoretical knowledge and industry requirements, empowering students with the confidence, clarity, and capabilities necessary to navigate the competitive campus placement process successfully.
