Abstract - In the modern recruitment ecosystem, the increasing volume of job applications has made manual resume screening inefficient and time-consuming. This paper presents an intelligent system, AI Resume Analyzer, designed to automate resume parsing and job recommendation using Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning techniques. The system extracts structured information such as skills, education, and experience from unstructured resumes in PDF and DOCX formats. It further applies skill-matching algorithms to recommend suitable job roles.
