ROLE OF HR POLICIES IN PROMOTING WORKPLACE INCLUSION: EMPLOYEE PERCEPTION FROM IT COMPANIES

ABSTRACT:
The present study examines the role of HR policies in promoting workplace inclusion in selected IT companies in Nagpur. The study aims to understand employee perceptions regarding inclusive HR practices and their impact on workplace inclusion. Primary data were collected from 472 employees through a structured questionnaire using simple random sampling. The findings reveal that employees have a positive perception toward HR policies related to equal opportunity, anti-discrimination practices, employee participation, and training programs. The study concludes that effective HR policies significantly contribute to creating an inclusive, fair, and supportive work environment, thereby improving employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness in the IT sector.
