Abstract
Talent acquisition has evolved into a strategic human resource function that directly influences organizational performance, sustainability, and competitive advantage. In a highly dynamic labour market, organizations face increasing challenges in attracting, selecting, and retaining competent talent while ensuring transparency, efficiency, and compliance in recruitment processes. Structured documentation plays a critical yet often underemphasized role in strengthening recruitment outcomes by supporting consistency, fairness, and data-driven decision-making. This research paper examines the interplay between recruitment practices and structured documentation in enhancing talent acquisition outcomes from a generalized organizational perspective. The study adopts a descriptive and analytical research design using primary and secondary data sources.
The findings reveal that systematic recruitment practices supported by structured documentation significantly improve candidate experience, reduce hiring delays, enhance conversion rates.
