Abstract - In the age of quick growth of startups and digital entrepreneurship, there is a real need for smart investment platforms to efficiently match startups with investors who are suitable. These conventional approaches like networking events, manual outreach and pitch sessions are often time-consuming, location specific and non scalable. This research suggests the formation of AI based startup investment platform named “GrowUp” which will help to simplify and automate the process of matching startups with investors with the help of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning techniques. It processes startup profiles, investor preferences, funding needs, and industry domains, business analytics, and location data, and provides customized recommendations for both investors and founders. GrowUp offers individual dashboards for startup, investors and administrators, allowing them to manage their profiles securely, search and filter intelligently, and communicate in real time. The platform is built with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js), and authentication through JWT adds an extra layer of security and protection for the data. Additionally, the system suggests intelligent decision-making on funding with the help of machine learning models and recommendation algorithms, enhancing investment opportunities. Additionally, this work summarizes the current AI-based recommendation systems, startup success prediction models, crowdfunding platforms, and secure web application technologies to determine current limitations and research gaps in digital investment ecosystems. Goals of the implementation of GrowUp are to decrease manual efforts, increase the visibility of startups, improve investor decision making and to develop a scalable digital platform for startups funding and collaboration. The platform supports the modernization of entrepreneurial ecosystems by ensuring secure, data-driven and technology-enabled innovation.
