AI-Based Voice Email System for Secure and Accessible Communication

ABSTRACT

This project aims at developing an voice based email system that will help even a visually impaired person to use the services for communication without prior training. The application will be a web-based application for visually impaired persons using Interactive Voice Response(IVR), thus enabling everyone to control their mail accounts using their voice only and to be able to read, send, and perform all the other useful tasks. The system is built with face recognition using jones voila algorithm and voice authentication using gaussian models to provide more security. The system will prompt the user with voice commands to perform certain action and the user will respond to the same by speaking. The main benefit of this system is that the use of keyboard is completely eliminated and the user will have to respond through voice commands only.
