Abstract
Honestly sleep is something most of us take for granted until it starts going wrong. A big chunk of people worldwide are dealing with sleep is-sues but they never really get it checked prop-erly because going to a sleep clinic is expensive and not exactly convenient. So we thought why not build something that helps people figure out whats going on with their sleep without hav-ing to go through all that. We made a simple web app where you answer some basic questions about your sleep habits and a machine learning model tells you which sleep problem you might have. It can detect seven different sleep disorders like Sleep Apnea, Insomnia, Restless Legs and a few others, or it tells you your sleep is fine. On top of that the app gives some tips to improve sleep and also has a chatbot using Gemini API so you can ask questions. We got around 91.6 percent accuracy which we feel is pretty good for a tool meant to give people a starting point before they see an actual doctor.
