Abstract - Tourism is one of the most important sectors contributing to India's economic growth, cultural exchange, and employment generation. The tourism industry generates a vast amount of data related to tourist arrivals, foreign exchange earnings, regional tourism patterns, and state-wise tourism performance. This project presents an interactive Tableau dashboard developed to analyze various aspects of Indian tourism. The dashboard provides insights into tourist arrivals from different countries, region-wise tourism contributions, tourism trends over the years, foreign exchange earnings, India's position in global tourism, and state-wise tourism performance.

Various data visualization techniques such as geographical maps, treemaps, line charts, bar charts, and interactive dashboards were used to transform raw tourism data into meaningful insights. The analysis helps identify major source countries, tourism growth trends, and key states contributing to India's tourism sector. The dashboard supports data-driven decision-making for tourism planning and policy development.
