Abstract- Electric Vehicles (EVs) are becoming increasingly important in modern transportation systems, and continuous monitoring of their motor and battery parameters is necessary to improve safety, efficiency, and component life. This paper presents an IoT-based EV Motor and Battery Health Monitoring System built around the ESP32 microcontroller and a set of low-cost sensors. The system monitors motor RPM, vibration, temperature, and current in real time and transmits the data to an IoT dashboard over WiFi. When abnormal conditions such as overheating, overcurrent, or excessive vibration are detected, the system raises an audible alert and automatically disconnects the motor through a relay module, providing both visibility and protective action in a single embedded platform.
