ABSTRACT

These days, more people are turning to electric cars because they care about pollution, gas costs keep going up, while policies now back cleaner transport choices. In Bengaluru - a city buzzing with tech life and urban energy across India - curiosity around EVs is clearly on the rise. Looking closely at how locals feel, what they know, whether they’re happy, along with what pushes them toward choosing electric rides forms the core of this work called “A Study On Consumer Responses Towards Electric Cars at Bangalore”. One look at how people see electric vehicles begins with their thoughts on nature-friendly perks, places to charge, long-term savings, battery life, alongside support from authorities. From Bengaluru, responses arrived via a fixed-format survey, forming the core of firsthand information gathered here. To make sense of it all, methods like averages, share calculations, link assessments stepped in - each playing a role behind the scenes. Numbers shaped insights, patterns emerged quietly under close examination.

Surprisingly, people in Bengaluru respond more favorably to electric vehicles when they care about nature, save on fuel, or get support from policy incentives. Charging stations too few in number make drivers hesitant, just like worries over battery reach and steep upfront prices hold many back. Instead of standing still, progress shows that stronger networks, clearer messaging, and smarter tech might tilt attitudes further in favor of going electric.

Keywords: Electric cars, consumer behavior electric vehicle adoption, customer satisfaction, sustainability, Bengaluru.
