Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of the workplace environment on organizational productivity and employee performance. Primary data were collected through a structured questionnaire, while secondary data were obtained from books and journals. The findings reveal that a positive workplace environment significantly enhances employee performance and improves organizational productivity. The study concludes that maintaining a supportive and healthy work environment contributes to employee satisfaction, motivation, and overall organizational success.
