Abstract
Financial inclusion is an essential pillar of inclusive economic development because it ensures equitable access to banking and financial services for all sections of society. This study examines people's perspectives towards Financial Inclusion and the Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana (PMJDY) by analysing awareness, accessibility, utilization of banking services, customer satisfaction, and perceived benefits. A descriptive research design was adopted using primary and secondary data collected from 100 respondents through a structured questionnaire. For analytical purposes, Descriptive Statistics (Mean and Standard Deviation) was applied to evaluate respondents' perceptions. The findings indicate that PMJDY has significantly enhanced banking accessibility, financial participation, savings behaviour, and financial security among beneficiaries.
