As a result social media platforms have become valuable channels for e-commerce businesses to connect with consumers and strengthen their market presence.Tools such as customer feedback, product reviews, influencer endorsements and targeted promotional content have enabled businesses to interact more effectively with their audiences and influence consumer purchasing decisions. The study employs an analytical framework to explore the connection between social media marketing, consumer trust and the growth of e-commerce.The analysis suggests that social media platforms can play an important role in strengthening consumer confidence by facilitating open communication, encouraging customer engagement and providing access to relevant information.Higher levels of trust are often associated with greater willingness to make online purchases, increased customer loyalty and improved business outcomes.Despite these advantages concerns related to inaccurate reviews, data privacy and deceptive promotional practices remain significant challenges that may affect consumers trust in online marketplaces.
