In today’s digital age, social media has emerged as a powerful tool for recruitment, revolutionizing traditional hiring methods. This study explores the effectiveness of social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram in attracting, engaging, and recruiting top talent across industries. By examining various strategies employed by organizations, this research identifies best practices for leveraging these platforms to enhance recruitment outcomes. Key strategies include employer branding, targeted advertising, passive candidate engagement, and community building. Additionally, the study highlights the benefits of using social media for recruitment, such as cost-effectiveness, a broader talent pool, and real-time communication, while also addressing challenges like candidate authenticity and information overload.
