ABSTRACT
Cost-Volume-Profit (CVP) analysis is an important financial management technique that examines the relationship between costs, sales volume, and profitability. This study examines the application of CVP analysis in business organizations with reference to Darwinbox. It focuses on cost behavior, contribution margin, break-even point, margin of safety, target profit, operating leverage, cost control, profitability, and managerial decision-making. The study uses primary and secondary data to assess respondents’ perceptions regarding CVP practices. The findings indicate that CVP analysis supports cost control, pricing decisions, financial planning, profitability, resource utilization, and organizational growth. The study provides useful insights for improving financial performance and sustainable business development.
