Abstract -: This study evaluates the financial performance and investment viability of a selected company in the renewable energy sector over the period 2020–2025, focusing on key financial indicators such as profitability, liquidity, solvency, and asset efficiency using ratio and trend analysis techniques. In addition, capital budgeting methods including Payback Period, Net Present Value (NPV), and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) are applied to assess the feasibility of investment decisions. The study is based on secondary data collected from annual reports and other reliable sources, and various financial tools are used to interpret the data and evaluate the company’s financial health. The findings reveal a consistent improvement in profitability, liquidity, and solvency, indicating enhanced operational efficiency and reduced financial risk. However, despite a reasonable payback period, the investment is found to be financially unviable due to negative NPV and a low IRR. The study concludes that while the company demonstrates financial recovery and stability, careful evaluation of investment decisions is essential, highlighting the importance of using multiple financial techniques to ensure effective financial management and long-term sustainability.
