Abstract: The main purpose of this study is to examine the role and effectiveness of Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based recruitment software with reference to Maverick Ghouse. AI has emerged as a transformative technology in Human Resource Management, particularly in recruitment and selection processes. Traditional recruitment methods often involve significant time, cost, and manual effort, whereas AI-based systems improve efficiency by automating resume screening, candidate matching, and interview scheduling.
This study focuses on analyzing the application of AI in recruitment, its impact on organizational efficiency, and the perception of HR professionals towards its effectiveness. The research also identifies key benefits such as improved decision-making, reduced hiring time, and enhanced candidate experience, along with challenges like algorithmic bias, data privacy concerns, and lack of human judgment.
