ABSTRACT
Corporate tax compliance is an essential component of financial management and governance. This study examines corporate tax compliance in India with specific reference to pharmaceutical companies, focusing on statutory compliance, financial reporting, tax documentation, financial transparency, governance, employee awareness, and digital tax administration. The study uses primary and secondary data to assess employee perceptions and existing compliance practices. Data were collected from 100 employees working in finance, taxation, accounting, audit, and compliance functions. Percentage analysis is used for interpretation. The findings indicate generally positive compliance practices, improved transparency, and benefits from digital systems, while continuous training and monitoring remain necessary.
