Abstract
In today’s rapidly evolving business environment, the adoption of digital technologies in human resource management has become essential for enhancing organizational efficiency and employee development. With the increasing reliance on technology, modern HR practices play a crucial role in improving employee management systems and overall workplace effectiveness. This study, titled “A STUDY ON DIGITAL AND MODERN HR PRACTICES IN EMPLOYEE MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT,” examines the impact of digital HR tools and contemporary HR practices on employee performance, learning, and organizational growth within a corporate setting. By adopting a descriptive research design, the study analyzes key aspects such as the use of HR information systems, digital recruitment methods, performance management tools, and e-learning platforms. It also explores the challenges associated with implementing digital HR systems, including technical issues, employee adaptability, and data security concerns. The primary objective of the study is to understand how modern HR practices contribute to effective employee management and continuous development. The study aims to provide practical and evidence-based suggestions to improve digital HR implementation, enhance employee satisfaction, and support organizational productivity and long-term success.
