A Study on Effectiveness of Employee Retention Strategies with Reference to Pvd Plastics Industries

ABSTRACT: Employee retention is a critical challenge in today’s competitive business environment. This study evaluates the effectiveness of employee retention strategies adopted by PVD Plastics Industries. The research focuses on key factors such as compensation, work-life balance, leadership, career development, and organizational culture. A descriptive research design was used, and data were collected from 165 employees using structured questionnaires. Statistical tools such as percentage analysis and non-parametric tests were applied. The findings reveal that competitive compensation, career development opportunities, and supportive leadership significantly influence employee retention. The study concludes with recommendations to enhance employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.Keywords: Employee Retention, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Culture, Compensation, Work-Life Balance
