ABSTRACT: Employee engagement has emerged as a critical factor influencing organizational success in today’s competitive business environment. This study examines the role of employee engagement in enhancing employee performance at eNTrust Software & Services. It focuses on key drivers such as leadership support, communication, recognition, teamwork, and work-life balance. The research adopts a descriptive design and collects data from employees using structured questionnaires. The findings reveal that higher levels of engagement significantly improve productivity, job satisfaction, and overall performance. The study concludes that organizations must prioritize engagement strategies to achieve sustainable growth and competitive advantage.
