ABSTRACT
Competitive organizational environment, job satisfaction and employee engagement are crucial factors influencing overall productivity and organizational effectiveness. This study aims to analyze the relationship between job satisfaction and employee engagement among employees using a descriptive research design. Primary data was collected from respondents through a structured questionnaire, and statistical tools such as percentage analysis, mean, and correlation were applied for data analysis. The findings indicate that factors such as fair compensation, supportive work environment, career development opportunities, and effective communication significantly contribute to job satisfaction. Additionally, employees who exhibit higher levels of job satisfaction tend to demonstrate stronger engagement, commitment, and involvement in organizational activities. The study also reveals a positive correlation between job satisfaction and employee engagement, highlighting that satisfied employees are more motivated and productive. Furthermore, organizations that focus on employee well-being and participative management practices experience improved retention and performance levels. The study concludes that enhancing job satisfaction is essential for fostering employee engagement and ensuring sustainable organizational growth.
