Abstract: This study examines the role of managerial coaching in enhancing employee productivity at ECon Systems Pvt. Ltd., a technology-oriented organization operating in a highly competitive environment. Managerial coaching through regular feedback, guidance, mentoring, and motivation is identified as an essential leadership practice that supports skill development, employee engagement, and performance improvement. Primary data collected from employees, along with a review of relevant literature, reveal that effective coaching increases employee confidence, improves teamwork, and strengthens problem-solving abilities. The study also highlights that coaching effectiveness depends on organizational support, leadership involvement, and alignment with individual employee needs and career objectives. Although the research is limited to a single organization and relies on self-reported data, the findings confirm that managerial coaching plays a significant role in improving productivity at E-Con Systems Pvt. Ltd. The study provides practical insights for organizations seeking to enhance performance through structured coaching initiatives.
