Abstract
Organizational culture plays a crucial role in shaping employee attitudes, behaviour, engagement, and commitment towards organizational goals. This study examines the effect of organizational culture on employee commitment at HCL Technologies by analysing organizational values, leadership support, communication, teamwork, employee involvement, and recognition practices. A descriptive research design was adopted using primary and secondary data collected from 100 employees through a structured questionnaire. For analytical purposes, Reliability Analysis (Cronbach's Alpha) was applied to assess the internal consistency of organizational culture and employee commitment variables. The findings indicate that a positive organizational culture significantly enhances employee commitment, motivation, job satisfaction, and organizational loyalty.
